I’m a juicearian. Why do people make fun of my diet?
I’m a juicearian and I drink only fruit and vegetable smoothies/juices I make at home. Just to make it clear, pasteurized orange juice you buy from the supermarket is not something I drink. Everything has to be raw and fresh and local.
I have twelve leafy green smoothies/juices per day. Bee pollen, maca root, chia seeds, hemp powder, Chinese gooseberries, dulse, wakame seaweed, sprouted amaranth are staples in my diet and I don’t have to worry about protein because Bee pollen contains every vitamin and mineral known to us and it’s a complete source of protein. Also, too much protein taxes the kidneys!
Because it is not a balanced diet.
